The purpose of your life is that you are grateful - GREAT and FULL - that your are alive and you enjoy it.
Today I saw a young man not much older than me get diagnosed with a fatal brain tumor.
It made me reflect on how little time we have and how we never know when that time might drastically shorten.
Practicing daily meditation is crucial if we are to awaken from the cycle of birth and death. Do not wait for things to calm down or for circumstances to be more favorable before adopting a daily practice.
Do it now because later does not exist.

“I try not to live my life worrying about what others think. A core spiritual quality is nonjudgment, which is not just about not judging others, but also not living your life worried about others judging you.”—

I want both of us to start talking about this great love,
as if You, I, and God, were all married and living in a tiny room,
helping each other to cook, do the wash, weave and sew, and care for our beautiful animals.
We all leave each morning to labor on the earth’s field. No one does not lift a great pack.
I want both of us to start singing like two traveling minstrels about this extraordinary existence we share,
as if You, I, and God, were all married and living in a tiny room.
